What is the maximum number of guests at Secret SPA?

Secret SPA accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at a time. This is a deliberate policy and one of the centre’s defining features – ensuring peace, privacy and personal attention for every guest.

If you are looking for a true escape from noise and crowds rather than a busy venue filled with dozens of strangers, Secret SPA is the right place. If you prefer complete privacy – just you or your group – private hire packages are available for birthday parties, name-day celebrations, anniversaries, hen parties, bachelor parties, New Year’s Eve parties, as well as romantic spa experiences for two – with the entire SPA centre reserved exclusively for you.

How can I get to Secret SPA from Sofia city centre?

Secret SPA is located in the Hladilnika district at 13 Orel St., Level -1, just a 2-minute walk from
Paradise Center and in close proximity to South Park.

By metro: Get off at James Bourchier station (M2 line), followed by approximately a 10-minute walk.
By car: Parking is available for Secret SPA guests, as well as green-zone street parking in the area.
By taxi: Use Paradise Center as a landmark.

Is Secret SPA open every day? What are your opening hours?

Yes. Secret SPA is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Due to our limited capacity (maximum 10 guests at a time), advance booking is required. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for weekends and public holidays.

Does Secret SPA accept MultiSport and CoolFit cards?

Yes. Secret SPA is an official MultiSport and CoolFit partner and accepts MultiSport / CoolFit cards for access to the spa area.

A visit with a MultiSport / CoolFit card includes:
• 1 hour of access to the spa area
• Use of the 15-metre heated swimming pool (32°C)
• Use of the largest indoor jacuzzi in Sofia (35°C)
• Use of the Finnish sauna
• Use of the steam room

IMPORTANT: Advance booking is mandatory, including when visiting with a MultiSport / CoolFit card.

Yes. If you would like to stay for more than 1 hour while using a MultiSport or CoolFit card, you can

Does a MultiSport / CoolFit card cover massages at Secret SPA?

Standard MultiSport / CoolFit cards cover only the use of the spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) for 1 hour.

Massages and other therapeutic treatments are NOT included in the MultiSport / CoolFit coverage and are charged separately according to the standard price list.

Will we have the spa area to ourselves, or will there be other guests?

Secret SPA accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at a time – significantly fewer than most spa
centres in Sofia. This creates a peaceful, quiet atmosphere and a genuine sense of privacy even
with a standard package.

If you would like complete privacy – just you or your group in the entire SPA centre –
we offer private hire packages for birthdays, name days, anniversaries, hen parties, bachelor parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations and romantic spa experiences for two. With private hire, the entire area is reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your visit.

Secret SPA Sofia is a luxury spa centre offering exclusively professional wellness services. We do not offer erotic or intimate services.

Are children allowed at Secret SPA Sofia, and from what age?

Secret SPA welcomes children over the age of 6 in the spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and hammam) when accompanied by an adult. We do not accept MultiSport Kids cards (children must purchase one of our three SPA admission options – Quick, Standard or VIP).

Is it true that Secret SPA has the largest jacuzzi in Sofia?

Yes. The jacuzzi at Secret SPA is the largest in Sofia and one of the centre’s key highlights. It is maintained at a constant temperature of 35°C and can accommodate more than 10 people at once – ideal for small groups, couples or groups of friends. The jacuzzi is included in the standard spa packages and is also available when the entire centre is privately hired.

What is included in the spa area?

The Secret SPA spa area includes:
• 15-metre indoor heated swimming pool at 32°C
• The largest jacuzzi in Sofia – 35°C
• Finnish sauna
• Steam room (Turkish steam bath)
• Hammam (authentic Turkish bath) – one of the few in Sofia
• Relaxation area with loungers and a bar

The entire area is available for your use during your reservation, with a maximum of 10 guests at a time.

What is a hammam and what does the treatment at Secret SPA include?

A hammam (Turkish bath) is a traditional Oriental bathing treatment with roots in
the Ottoman Empire. Secret SPA is one of the few venues in Sofia with an authentic hammam
room.

The treatment includes:
Warming – time spent in a steam room at approximately ~45°C to open the pores
Exfoliation – traditional removal of dead skin using a hammam glove (kese)
Soap massage – using a rich foam of soap bubbles
Rinsing with warm water and a finishing fragrance

Benefits: deep skin cleansing, improved circulation, relief of muscle tension and deep relaxation.
Duration: 45–75 minutes. Advance booking is required.

What is the difference between the sauna and the steam room at Secret SPA?

Both facilities are located in the Secret SPA spa area, but they work in different ways:

Finnish sauna: dry heat at 80–100°C with very low humidity (around 10–15%).
Ideal for deep detoxification, muscle relaxation and supporting the immune system.

Steam room: moist heat at 40–50°C with high humidity (up to 100%). Gentler for breathing,
excellent for the skin, helps open the pores and supports the respiratory system.

Both are included in the spa-area packages. We recommend alternating between them for
maximum effect.

What is the water temperature in the swimming pool and jacuzzi?

The Secret SPA swimming pool is 15 metres long, indoors, heated and maintained at a constant temperature of 32°C – warm and comfortable all year round.

The jacuzzi is maintained at 35°C – an ideal temperature for complete muscle relaxation and
rest.

The water in both facilities is purified and regularly checked in accordance with hygiene standards.

How long does a massage last and what does it include?

Massages at Secret SPA are available in different durations:

• 15 minutes – targeted massage (back, neck, head)
• 30 minutes – partial massage
• 50 minutes – classic full-body massage
• 60 minutes – extended session
• 75 minutes – premium session with additional techniques
• 90 minutes – VIP session

All massages include a prepared massage table, aromas, relaxing music and 100% of the
therapist’s attention. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your massage to settle in.

What is the “Secret SPA Signature” treatment?

Secret SPA Signature is our own unique treatment – developed especially for
the centre and unavailable anywhere else. It combines elements of different massage techniques into one
holistic experience focused on both body and mind.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?

Yes. Secret SPA offers a specialised pregnancy massage performed by a trained therapist.
The treatment is adapted to ensure safety and comfort during pregnancy.

Recommendations:
• Pregnancy massage is suitable after the first trimester
• Please inform us of the stage of pregnancy when making your booking

Do you offer massages for children?

Yes. Secret SPA offers a children’s chocolate massage suitable for children over the age of 6. The treatment is gentle, fun and particularly suitable as a special birthday gift or for another special occasion.

Important: Children over the age of 6 are allowed in the spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam). For children’s birthday parties that include use of the spa area, contact us for a special package.

How should I prepare for my massage? What should I bring?

Preparing for a massage at Secret SPA:

• You do not need to bring anything special – the centre provides towels, bathrobes and all necessary materials
• Bring comfortable underwear or swimwear if you plan to use the spa area
• We recommend avoiding heavy meals 1–2 hours before your massage
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and to settle in
• Inform your therapist about any health conditions, injuries or preferences regarding pressure

The centre provides: towels, bathrobes, massage products, water, hot drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages, as well as free parking.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

Secret SPA gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.

How can I use a voucher from GiftTube or another voucher platform?

If you have a voucher from GiftTube or another gift-voucher platform that partners with
Secret SPA, you can use it when making a reservation.

Steps:

Do I need to bring towels and a bathrobe? What amenities are provided?

Secret SPA provides towels and bathrobes for all guests, as well as unlimited mineral water, soft drinks and hot beverages, free of charge with every paid SPA admission.

When using a MultiSport / CoolFit card, free towels, bathrobes, drinks and free parking are NOT provided.

Please bring:
• Swimwear or underwear for using the spa area
• Flip-flops (recommended)

We recommend bringing a change of clothes for after your treatment.

Is there parking near Secret SPA?

Secret SPA has its own private car park with 7 parking spaces, located directly next to the centre. Access is through a barrier, which is opened after calling reception.

For all guests using Secret SPA packages and services, parking is free of charge.
For visitors using MultiSport or CoolFit cards, parking costs €4 for the entire stay.
If all spaces in the private car park are occupied, you can use available spaces in the green parking zone around 13 Orel St., as well as the car parks at Paradise Center, which is located nearby.

If you are arriving by car, we recommend allowing a little extra time before your appointment.

Can I visit Secret SPA without an advance reservation?

Due to the centre’s limited capacity (maximum 10 guests at a time), visits
WITHOUT an advance reservation are not recommended and may result in us being unable to accommodate you.
