SECRET SPA EOOD

These rules are intended to ensure a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment for all visitors to Secret Spa. By visiting the SPA centre and using its services, clients accept these rules and agree to comply with them.

I. DESCRIPTION OF THE SPA AREA

The Secret Spa area includes:

Swimming Pool

  • Length: 15 metres
  • Width: 4 metres
  • Depth: 1.60 metres throughout

The swimming pool is suitable for swimming and quiet recreational use. Due to its constant depth of 1.60 metres, anyone who is not a confident swimmer should use the pool only under appropriate supervision.

Jacuzzi

  • Dimensions: 4 × 3 metres
  • Depth: approximately 1.20 metres

The jacuzzi is intended for relaxation and hydrotherapy. Prolonged periods in hot water are not recommended. If you experience dizziness, weakness, nausea or any other discomfort, you must stop using the jacuzzi immediately.

Thermal Area

The SPA area includes a sauna and steam room intended for relaxation and thermal treatments.

II. GENERAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE RULES

  1. Running, rough behaviour and any other hazardous conduct are not permitted anywhere within the SPA centre.
  2. Jumping or diving into the water, including from the edge of the swimming pool or jacuzzi, is prohibited.
  3. Please move carefully in and around the water areas, as wet surfaces may be slippery.
  4. Clean and appropriate SPA slippers or flip-flops must be worn when moving around the SPA area.
  5. Entering the swimming pool or jacuzzi while wearing shoes, everyday clothing or other unsuitable clothing is not permitted.
  6. Taking a shower before using the swimming pool or jacuzzi is mandatory.
  7. After using the sauna or steam room, visitors are advised/required to take a shower before re-entering the swimming pool or jacuzzi.
  8. Persons who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics or other intoxicating substances are not permitted to use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.
  9. Alcohol may not be consumed in the immediate vicinity of the water and thermal facilities.
  10. Glass containers, sharp objects and any other items that may cause injury or damage to the facilities are not permitted in the SPA area.
  11. Food may not be brought into or consumed in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.
  12. If you experience illness, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, pain or any other discomfort, you must stop using the respective facility immediately and notify a member of staff if necessary.
  13. Clients must observe all signs, instructions and directions given by the staff.

III. SWIMMING POOL RULES

  1. Taking a shower before entering the swimming pool is mandatory.
  2. The swimming pool may only be used for its intended purposes.
  3. Jumping or diving into the water is prohibited.
  4. Running and pushing around the swimming pool are prohibited.
  5. Any behaviour that may endanger the safety of other visitors is prohibited.
  6. Glass containers and objects may not be used in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool.
  7. Food and drinks may not be consumed in the water.
  8. Due to the constant depth of 1.60 metres, children and anyone who is not a confident swimmer must remain under the continuous supervision of an accompanying adult.
  9. Persons with open wounds, skin infections, contagious illnesses or any other condition that may pose a risk to other visitors are not permitted to use the swimming pool.

IV. JACUZZI RULES

  1. Taking a shower before using the jacuzzi is mandatory.
  2. Jumping into the water or entering the jacuzzi abruptly is prohibited.
  3. Running or pushing around the jacuzzi is prohibited.
  4. The jacuzzi is intended for calm and relaxing use.
  5. Prolonged, uninterrupted use of the jacuzzi is not recommended.
  6. If a client experiences dizziness, weakness, nausea, shortness of breath, heart palpitations or any other discomfort, they must leave the jacuzzi immediately and notify a member of staff.
  7. Alcohol must not be consumed before or while using the jacuzzi.
  8. Children may use the jacuzzi only under the continuous supervision of a parent or another responsible adult and in accordance with the SPA centre’s rules.

V. SAUNA RULES

  1. Taking a shower before using the sauna is recommended.
  2. Visitors must bring a clean towel into the sauna and sit or lie on it.
  3. The towel must be positioned so that the body does not come into direct contact with the wooden surfaces.
  4. Oils, cosmetic products and other substances may not be used in the sauna unless expressly permitted by the staff.
  5. Glass containers and other dangerous objects are not permitted.
  6. Visitors must not adjust the sauna’s temperature or settings without permission.
  7. The amount of time spent in the sauna should be appropriate to the visitor’s individual tolerance. Prolonged use is not recommended.
  8. If a visitor experiences dizziness, nausea, weakness, shortness of breath, heart palpitations or any other discomfort, they must leave the sauna immediately.
  9. After using the sauna, visitors are advised to allow their bodies to cool down. Taking a shower before re-entering the swimming pool or jacuzzi is mandatory.
  10. Using the sauna immediately after consuming alcohol is not recommended.

VI. STEAM ROOM RULES

  1. Taking a shower before using the steam room is recommended.
  2. Visitors must enter the steam room with a clean body and wear appropriate SPA attire.
  3. Glass containers, food and other dangerous objects are not permitted.
  4. Visitors must not adjust the steam room’s temperature or settings without permission.
  5. The amount of time spent in the steam room should be appropriate to the visitor’s individual tolerance.
  6. If a visitor experiences dizziness, nausea, weakness, shortness of breath, heart palpitations or any other discomfort, they must leave the steam room immediately and notify a member of staff.
  7. Taking a shower after using the steam room and before re-entering the swimming pool or jacuzzi is mandatory.
  8. Using the steam room immediately after consuming alcohol is not recommended.

VII. RULES FOR CHILDREN

  1. Children are admitted to the SPA area in accordance with the age restrictions and rules established by Secret Spa.
  2. Children must remain under the continuous supervision of a parent or another responsible adult.
  3. The parent or accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety.
  4. Running, jumping, pushing and other hazardous games are not permitted in the SPA area.
  5. The parent or accompanying adult must ensure that the child complies with all hygiene and safety rules.

VIII. MASSAGE SERVICES

  1. Massage treatments are provided by prior appointment.
  2. Clients should arrive on time for their treatment.
  3. If a client arrives late, the duration of the massage may be shortened to avoid disrupting the appointments of subsequent clients.
  4. Clients must inform the therapist in advance of any injuries, pain, allergies, medical conditions or other circumstances that may be relevant to the treatment.
  5. If any contraindications are present or there are concerns regarding the safety of the treatment, the massage may be refused or discontinued.
  6. Massage is a wellness and relaxation treatment and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation.

Massages for Children

  1. Massage treatments for children are available for children aged 5 and above.
  2. All children’s massages have a duration of 30 minutes.
  3. For persons under the age of 18, massage treatments are performed only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  4. The massage technique, pressure and method of treatment are adapted to the child’s age and individual needs.
  5. The parent or legal guardian must inform the therapist in advance of any illness, injury, pain, allergy, skin condition or other issue that may be relevant to the massage treatment.

IX. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  1. Clients must store their personal belongings in the designated manner and areas.
  2. Leaving valuables unattended is not recommended.
  3. If a client finds an item belonging to another person, it should be handed to a member of the Secret Spa staff.

X. RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES

  1. Every visitor must use the facilities only for their intended purposes and comply with these rules.
  2. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by deliberate or improper use of the equipment and facilities.
  3. Moving, dismantling, adjusting or repairing any equipment without permission is prohibited.
  4. Secret Spa EOOD reserves the right to deny or terminate access to its services to anyone who violates these rules, endangers their own safety or the safety of other visitors, or interferes with the normal operation of the SPA centre.
  5. In the event of a hazardous situation or technical issue, clients must notify the staff immediately and follow their instructions.
